What you'll be doing
- Conduct sensory activities based on the directions provided by the Sensory Staff.
- Manage and control all internal R&D documentation in an accurate, systematic, and organized manner.
- Document and archive all raw material samples as well as samples sent to customers.
- Support the Sensory and Reformulation teams in evaluating new raw materials to be used as substitutes for existing raw materials in current grades.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- At least 1 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a research and development or technical environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a positive work culture
