IT Helpdesk Administrator
and be the first line of support for our Client's teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails, and calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Collaborate with other IT team members for system upgrades and projects.
- Ensure IT policies and procedures are followed by end-users.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma III graduates from reputable university, majoring in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support/helpdesk role.
- Experienced in troubleshooting Hardware, Software, Network, Security Network, Database, Virtual Machine and data processing.
- Good understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
