About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia as a Sales F&B. As our Sales F&B, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our food and beverage division. Based in Semarang, Central Java, this is a full-time position where you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying and prospecting for new sales opportunities within the food and beverage industry
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Presenting our product and service offerings in a compelling and persuasive manner
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet or exceed your individual and team targets
- Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Highly motivated, driven, and target-oriented, with a passion for exceeding sales goals
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle complex sales scenarios
- Proficient in using sales CRM tools and data analysis to drive informed decision-making
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
