Tugas dan Tanggungjawab:

  • Lead and coordinate the technical support team to provide accurate and timely agronomic advice,
  • Conduct field trials and product demonstrations to evaluate product performance and gather technical data,
  • Monitor pest and disease trends in key crops and provide technical recommendations accordingly,
  • Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to support product positioning and field feedback.
  • Develop and implement technical training programs for sales teams, and farmers,
  • Handle customer complaints related to product performance and provide technical solutions.
  • Support the development of new product guidelines and usage recommendations.

Kualifikasi:

  • Min, Bachelor Degree (S1) in Priority Plant Protection, Agriculture, Agronomy, or related Field,
  • Min. 2 years of working experience in Research & Development, Agricultural Technical Support, Preferably in pesticide or Agrochemical Industry,
  • Strong Communication & Public Speaking, Understanding management and protocol of research in planting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google-Spreadsheets and other reporting tools.
