Qualifications:

  • Diploma Degree / Bachelor Degree

  • Have min. 1 years working experience as a Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant

  • Excellent in Mandarin, both speaking & writing

  • Strong in Computer Literatur

  • Able to manage confidentialty

  • Fluent in English (Point Plus)

  • Impressive appearance (Proportional & Well-dressed).

  • Willing to be placed in Sedayu City

Job Description :

  • Transmit information or documents using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine in Mandarin.

  • Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software in Mandarin.

  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transaction and other activities.

  • Performing general administration duties, coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for CEO as well as for visiting guests.

  • Assisting office related matter, and also business trip (local & overseas trip).

  • Providing assistance during presentation/trip.

  • Organizing appointments and agendas.
