Responsibilities:
- Occasionally visit project sites across Indonesia to support HR activities and employee needs.
- Provide comprehensive HR administrative support.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Support the implementation of HR programs and projects to enhance employee development and wellbeing.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Social Studies, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Open for fresh graduates; 1–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites throughout Indonesia when needed.
