Role Description

This is a contract role for a Branch Manager, to be based on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting business goals. Duties include developing business strategies, monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and maintaining a high level of employee and customer satisfaction.

  • Leadership and Management skills
  • Business Strategy and Development experience
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service and Relationship Management experience
  • Budgeting and Financial Management skills
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
