Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant / Bookkeeper, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Accountant / Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial transactions, managing general ledgers, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. Other daily tasks include conducting audits, managing payroll, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. They will also provide financial analysis and support to ensure informed business decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience in maintaining financial transactions and general ledger management
- Skills in account reconciliation, financial statement preparation, and accuracy in financial records
- Aptitude for conducting audits, managing payroll, and processing invoices
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide financial analysis
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
