Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Marketing professional to join our team and support the Relocation Project. This role will focus on handling condotel owners, offering relocation packages, and ensuring smooth communication with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage communication with condotel owners regarding relocation programs.
- Offer and promote unit relocation packages to other projects (Semarang, Batam, Cikarang).
- Conduct negotiations and close deals with a solution-oriented approach.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and friendly communication.
- Support sales & marketing activities related to relocation.
Requirements:
- Female, well-groomed, attractive appearance, humble, and confident.
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
- Experience in Sales / Marketing / Customer Relations / Leasing is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and solution-driven.
- Willing to travel occasionally to project sites (Lombok, Semarang, Batam, Cikarang).
