Work description:
- Brainstorm and propose new tooling and automation improvement concepts
- Ensure automation processes run smoothly, meeting quality and efficiency targets
- Prepare and present regular reports to department leaders
- Manage tooling projects, including design, material listing, timeline planning, and execution until mass production
- Implement regulations and systems to ensure compliance and quality
- Drive process and product quality improvements, solving abnormal issues effectively
- Support efficiency initiatives, including reducing internal expenses and improving workflows
- Coordinate tasks across teams, acting as a communication bridge for project completion
- Handle direct cases of abnormal tooling problems in production
- Set up and maintain computer stitching machines and all tooling required to support the production line
- Ensure employee welfare and workplace safety within the department
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Mechatronic/Mechanical/Informatics/Electronics/Industrial Engineering
- Good communication in English
- Preferably min. 2 years have experience in shoe manufacturing process
- Understand PLC Hardware and capable on PLC software (Omron, Mitsubishi, etc)/ design software (AutoCAD/ Solidwork)
- Familiar with modernization technology/ machine automation
