Work description:

Brainstorm and propose new tooling and automation improvement concepts
Ensure automation processes run smoothly, meeting quality and efficiency targets
Prepare and present regular reports to department leaders
Manage tooling projects, including design, material listing, timeline planning, and execution until mass production
Implement regulations and systems to ensure compliance and quality
Drive process and product quality improvements, solving abnormal issues effectively
Support efficiency initiatives, including reducing internal expenses and improving workflows
Coordinate tasks across teams, acting as a communication bridge for project completion
Handle direct cases of abnormal tooling problems in production
Set up and maintain computer stitching machines and all tooling required to support the production line
Ensure employee welfare and workplace safety within the department

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Mechatronic/Mechanical/Informatics/Electronics/Industrial Engineering
Good communication in English
Preferably min. 2 years have experience in shoe manufacturing process
Understand PLC Hardware and capable on PLC software (Omron, Mitsubishi, etc)/ design software (AutoCAD/ Solidwork)
Familiar with modernization technology/ machine automation
