Requirements:
- Placed in
North Jakarta, PIK - Critical and Analytical Thinking
- 1+ years of experience with IT Supporting roles
- Have network routing knowledge is a must. (Mikrotik and UnifiDM knowledge is a big plus)
- Knowledge in POS (Point of Sales) takes priority
- Configuration of CCTV is a plus value
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users
