Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Systems
Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and databases.
Manage and support ERP/MES systems for production, quality and inventory.
Ensure cybersecurity protocols, backups and data protection are implemented.
Support software and hardware requirements for production and office systems.
PLC & Automation
Develop program and troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron, Mitsubishi, etc)
Design and implement HMI/SCADA interfaces for production monitoring.
Optimize machine automation to improve efficiency and minimize downtime.
Support installation, commissioning, and integration of new production equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of PLC-controlled systems.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve system issues.
Train operators and maintenance staff on automated systems.
Documen and standardize PLC programs, IT process, and trouble shooting guides.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related field.
Having 2-5 years of experience in IT Support and/or PLC programming in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of PLC systems (Ladder logic, structured text)
Proficiency in networking, Linux Environments.
Familiar with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus)
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work in fast-paced, manufacturing environments.
