Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Economics, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Min 1 years of experience in Import Procurement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong understanding of international procurement processes, customs regulations, and import procedures.
  • Familiarity with import documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery notes.
  • Proven experience in processing import documents and correspondence with local and international suppliers.
  • Ability to negotiate with third parties, including suppliers, customers, and customs authorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
