Responsibilities:

  • Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT and game-related systems across VR Arcade outlets, including VR headsets, gaming PCs, and related hardware/software.
  • Ensure smooth daily operation of outlet systems, such as network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi), POS systems, and user devices.
  • Assist with system integrations between VR equipment, gaming platforms, and internal operational systems to maintain functionality and compatibility.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for any hardware, software, or connectivity issues experienced by outlet teams.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, including setup guides, maintenance logs, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Implement and monitor IT security protocols and data protection practices.
  • Support store openings, relocations, and events by preparing and setting up all necessary technical equipment.
  • Evaluate and recommend system improvements or equipment upgrades based on performance feedback and outlet needs.
  • Collaborate with the operations and game development teams to test and implement new technologies or tools that enhance efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or technical operations, preferably in retail, gaming, or entertainment environments.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software setup, troubleshooting, and basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi).
  • Familiarity with VR systems or arcade game machines is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Willing to travel and provide on-site technical support across outlets as needed.
