Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Management and Executive Assistant to join our international company. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and will be responsible for various office management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track shipments; create shipping labels (AWB) with insurance and ensure delivery to customers.
- Handle office-related tasks, solve potential issues, and maintain a well-organized office environment.
- Regularly store and organize soft copies of documents.
- Track orders and purchases, manage product inventory, and maintain accurate records.
- Create and update price lists.
- Manage customer relations, ensure customer satisfaction, and address business demands.
- Maintain an IMEI list of mobile phones and ensure all records are up to date.
- Proficient use of Excel and other office software; strong computer skills are required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a clean and organized office environment.
- Saturday half day
