Responsibilities
Cleanse, enrich, and integrate internal & external data.
Design and implement model stacking, ensembling, and advanced machine learning techniques to improve performance.
Track model lifecycle with MLflow for reproducibility, monitoring, and A/B experimentation.
Utilize existing ETL platforms (Python, SQL, Airflow) and data lakes (S3, Iceberg) to ensure smooth data flow and quality.
Engineer features and build predictive models to support funnel scoring and campaign analytics.
Leverage dashboards (Tableau/Plotly) to monitor performance and extract insights for campaign optimization.
Collaborate with digital, marketing, and sales teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science (Master's a plus).
2+ years' experience in data science/analytics.
Strong in Python & SQL, with ETL & data visualization skills.
Familiar with Airflow, S3, Iceberg, MLflow; R, Hive, Git, Docker are a plus.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-team in fast environments.
