About the role
As a Technical Assistant at PT Esmalglass Indonesia, you will be a key member of the Chemical Engineering team, supporting the design, development and implementation of innovative solutions for the company's diverse portfolio of products. In this full-time position, you will be based in South Cikarang, West Java, and Mojokerto, East Java contributing to the company's strategic objectives and driving excellence in engineering within the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Providing technical support and assistance to the team
- Conducting research, analysis and testing to identify opportunities for process improvements and new product development
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement engineering solutions
- Documenting and reporting on project progress, outcomes and recommendations
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices
What we're looking for
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Faculty Chemical Engineering, Faculty Chemistry Science, Faculty Materials Engineering, Faculty Metallurgical Engineering
- Good command of English both verbal and written
- Prefer having experience in ceramic industry, Other field minimum 2 years experience
- Prefer in technical support, sales, R&D or QC
- Having skill in adobe photoshop is an advantage
- Having driving license A
- Mature and high confident
