Role Description

  • Lead and manage the specification and sales strategy for premium sanitary and building material brands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, consultants, and project developers.
  • Secure product specifications in major projects (hospitality, residential, and commercial).
  • Oversee pricing strategy, quotation, and project negotiation in alignment with company goals.
  • Provide technical product presentations, training, and consultation to design professionals and project owners.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to create impactful B2B campaigns and events.
  • Develop annual sales targets, forecast pipelines, and mentor the sales team for long-term growth.
  • Report directly to the CEO and play a strategic role in shaping Visio Vasa's growth direction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of sales/specification experience in premium building materials (sanitary ware, tiles, kitchens, lighting, or similar).
  • Proven track record in project specification and relationship management with design and developer communities.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Passion for design, architecture, and delivering excellence in service.
