Responsibilities:
- Load, transport and deliver goods & other supporting documents to customers or job sites in a safe and timely manner.
- Verify delivery documentation, including delivery order and invoices, ensuring the accuracy of each order.
- Maintain delivery schedules and communicate delays or issues with dispatch and customers.
- Unload items at delivery locations and obtain signatures or proof of delivery
- Ensure proper handling of fragile or sensitive components to prevent damage
- Inspect the vehicle daily and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Assist with warehouse or loading operations as needed
- Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company procedures.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license appropriate for delivery vehicle type.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Previous experience in delivery, courier, or logistics preferred.
- Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
- Familiarity with delivery tracking systems, GPS, or route optimization tools
