Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tangerang for a Baker Supervisor. The Baker Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including managing staff, ensuring quality control, maintaining inventory, and coordinating production schedules. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all baked goods adhere to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in bakery operations, including staff management and production scheduling
- Ablity to make artisan bread is a must
- Strong understanding of quality control and inventory management
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food production
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Relevant certification or degree in Culinary Arts, Baking, or a related field
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a bakery is a plus
