Job Description:
- Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and system manuals.
- Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and product teams to gather and verify technical information.
- Simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Review and edit documentation for consistency, grammar, and technical accuracy.
- Maintain version control of documents and ensure timely updates with each product release.
- Create and manage documentation templates and style guides to standardize content across teams.
- Support internal knowledge management by creating SOPs and process documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Technical Writer or similar role in IT/software documentation. - Strong understanding of software development concepts and technical terminologies.
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as
Confluence, Markdown, MS Word, or Adobe FrameMaker
. - Experience in preparing
API documentation, user manuals, SOPs, and system guides
. - Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
