Responsibilities:
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Director and/or other assigned leadership staff.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
Help in the execution of marketing campaigns by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and coordinating tasks between team members.
Schedules and attends meetings on Director approval, taking notes and recording minutes.
Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
Act as a point of contact between the marketing team and other departments, clients, and external partners.
Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from any majors
Well grooming
Proactive & multitasking
Strong communication skill and detail oriented
Basic understanding of marketing principles is a plus
