About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR GA & Finance Admin to join our team at PT Tiga Srikandi Jaya. In this full-time position based in Semarang, Central Java, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our human resources, general affairs, and finance departments.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support for HR, GA, and finance processes such as employee onboarding, document management, and financial record-keeping
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handling office supplies and equipment inventory management
- Coordinating travel arrangements and providing logistical support for internal meetings and events
- Serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests from employees and external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Supporting other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the HR, GA, or finance function
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
- A team player with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail
