Job Description :
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations / Key Account Management, preferably with Shopee.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience working with e-commerce enablers, beauty brands, or platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, able to use Excel / Google Sheet for reporting, forecasting, and sales analysis.
- Strong ownership, target & result-oriented, with proven track record of driving GMV.
Qualification :
- Responsible for managing end-to-end Shopee store operations, including sales strategy, campaign execution, daily performance monitoring, and optimization of promotions and inventory.
- This role plays a key part in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with Shopee account managers, and ensuring effective cross-team collaboration to achieve business targets.
