Requirement:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology or related fields.
Strong understanding of QA/QC principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Minimum 5 years as Project Manager/Test Lead, preferably managing QA/QC projects.
Experience leading teams with at least 20 personnel.
PMP certification preferred.
Proficient communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Job Description:

Lead and ensure continuity of QA/QC activities throughout digital technology projects.
Develop and manage the Project Management Plan aligned with objectives and schedules.
Collaborate with development, QA/QC, and related teams to maintain project quality and consistency.
Manage project resources (time, personnel, and phases) to meet quality targets.
Coordinate daily team activities and ensure timely task completion.
Plan personnel and tool requirements for testing activities.
Provide risk-related feedback to stakeholders (e.g., delays, resource issues).
Support other digital technology development tasks within the organization.
