Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT System Engineer to join our team in Karawang. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to grow their career in smart factory system management.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and ensure stable operations of smart factory systems.
- Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely issue resolution.
- Support application updates, patches, and system enhancements.
- Work closely with the IT and engineering teams to ensure system reliability.
- Document system configurations, incidents, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of
Java
or
C#
programming. - Knowledge of networking, database, or system administration is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on shift rotation and be based in Karawang.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a high-technology manufacturing environment.
