Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily administrative tasks related to payroll.

  • Manage and monitor employee attendance.

  • Compile and maintain data on employee leave, permits, and absence records.

  • Compile and prepare payroll processes accurately and on time.

  • Ensure all employee data related to payroll is always updated and well-documented.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by the company (ad hoc tasks).

Requirements:

  • Highly meticulous and detail-oriented.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or payroll software.

  • Able to work independently and in a team.

  • Good communication skills and high integrity in maintaining data confidentiality.

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

  • Proficient in Pph 21, BPJS Kesehatan and Tenaga Kerja according to regulations.

  • Minimum 1 Year of experience in the related field.

  • Can maintain company confidentiality.
