Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform daily administrative tasks related to payroll.
Manage and monitor employee attendance.
Compile and maintain data on employee leave, permits, and absence records.
Compile and prepare payroll processes accurately and on time.
Ensure all employee data related to payroll is always updated and well-documented.
Perform other administrative tasks as required by the company (ad hoc tasks).
Requirements:
Highly meticulous and detail-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or payroll software.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Good communication skills and high integrity in maintaining data confidentiality.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Proficient in Pph 21, BPJS Kesehatan and Tenaga Kerja according to regulations.
Minimum 1 Year of experience in the related field.
Can maintain company confidentiality.
