Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in government, protocol, or executive assistance roles.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High level of discretion, discipline, and confidentiality.
- Physically fit, well-groomed, and able to work with a tight and dynamic schedule.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
- Having Driving Licence A
Responsibilities:
- Assist and accompany executive or official in daily duties and official activities.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for official engagements.
- Ensure logistical readiness and security coordination for official events.
- Handle confidential information and documentation with professionalism.
