Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Junior HR & Admin Staff. The responsibilities include supporting HR processes such as recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and maintaining employee records. Additionally, administrative tasks like managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and facilitating communication between departments are key aspects of the role. The position requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the overall efficiency of the company's day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, Administration, or General Affairs is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic recruitment processes, CV screening, and interview.
- Ability to manage employee data, attendance records, and general HR documentation.
- Able to assist with onboarding, training activities, and employee engagement programs.
- Handle HR administration, including contracts, employee records, and HRIS updates.
- Proficient in handling documentation, filing systems, and correspondence.
- Detail-oriented in managing office administration, supplies, and daily operational needs.
- Possesses basic English skills
- Good communication skills and able to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Plus point:
- Familiarity with basic labor regulations, employment contracts, and company policies.
- Experience with HRIS is a plus.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is an advantage
