We are seeking a hands-on and proactive IT Implementor with strong experience in Distribution Management System (DMS) software implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project deployment, training, and post-implementation support for our distributors. This role requires frequent travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Implementation & Deployment
- Execute full-cycle implementation of DMS solutions for distributors, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate system setup, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data migration activities.
- Ensure system deployment aligns with business processes and project timelines.
2. Training & User Enablement
- Provide comprehensive training sessions for distributor teams, including system navigation, operational processes, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation.
- Support users during initial rollout to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
3. Support & Troubleshooting
- Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting system issues, and working with internal technical teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor system performance and gather user feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant engineering or support teams.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the main liaison between the company and distributors during implementation cycles.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Build strong partnerships with distributors to ensure long-term system usage and satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in DMS software implementation or similar enterprise system deployment (ERP, CRM, SFA, WMS).
- Technical knowledge in system configuration, data mapping, and troubleshooting.
- Able to travel extensively which includes to distributor sites nationwide
- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic project environments.
