Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment across the value chain from sales, engineering, supply chain and production to ensure material readiness and on-time delivery.
  • Lead a cross-functional planning team covering BOM procurement, factory order management, warehouse management and shipping, serving as the central coordination point for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Report and support improvement of operational KPIs.

Key Tasks:

  • Support engineering and production in capacity planning based on open orders and demand forecasts.
  • Lead the planning team in preparing annual supplier forecasts aligned with budget targets and inventory strategies.
  • Build a reliable planning framework that integrates production capacity, material availability and manpower to commit accurate delivery dates.
  • Ensure timely material availability through proactive inventory control and collaboration with suppliers.
  • Monitor, prioritize and adjust engineering and production plans, and support cross-functional teams in resolving disruptions to maintain delivery schedules.
  • Manage and coordinate export shipments to customers and import activities from suppliers while ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to schedules.
  • Track and improve KPIs such as on-time delivery, lead time and inventory levels, and drive systemic improvements aligned with lean principles.
  • Set clear goals for team members based on plant targets and conduct regular performance reviews to guide and support achievement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and external customer requirements.
  • Manage operational risks by identifying potential disruptions, assessing impact and formulating mitigation strategies with internal teams and suppliers.

Education / Degrees:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.

Job Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • 8+ years of experience in operations planning, production control, or supply chain coordination.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong foundation in production planning and operations management, with solid understanding of manufacturing workflows and supply chain dynamics.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in planning tools such as ERP and MRP systems.
  • Hands-on experience in lean principles, inventory optimization, and end-to-end order fulfilment processes.
  • Ability to understand value chain interdependencies and translate business requirements into actionable operational plans.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, capable of aligning technical and commercial functions across regions.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with focus on issue resolution, continuous improvement, and risk mitigation.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with international suppliers or in a multinational company is preferred.
