BASIC PURPOSE
Provide reliable data management, analysis, and reporting to support power plant operations.
The role ensures accurate monthly kWh downloads, invoicing for electricity and steam transactions, operational issue resolution, and compliance with environmental, health, safety, and energy standards. The position contributes directly to plant reliability, operational excellence, and the achievement of external certifications and awards.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTED RESULTS
Data Management & Reporting
- Perform monthly kWh downloads for Darajat Unit 2 and Unit 3.
- Prepare accurate invoices for electrical and steam transactions.
- Develop and maintain data monitoring systems, including laboratory pH analysis, for daily operations.
Operational Reliability & Analysis
- Analyze reliability and availability performance of Darajat Unit 2 and Unit 3 power plants.
- Lead discussions on operational issues during the Daily Decision Support Center Meeting and provide recommendations for improvement.
Project Contributions
- Support PI-Vision development and act as a PI Developer for data visualization and process improvement.
- Contribute to ISO certification data preparation (ASDAM, HIRADC) and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide data support for PROPER projects and contribute as a member of the Non-Toxic and Hazardous Waste team.
Compliance & Standards
- Execute and fulfill requirements under ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK2, SMK3, PROPER, and EBTKE Subroto Award.
- Ensure compliance with environmental management, occupational health and safety, and energy efficiency standards.
Qualifications:
Diploma (D3) in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrument & Control Engineering.
