Job Description :

  • Lead the development and execution of the annual sales work plan and forecast, guiding the team in identifying, researching, and targeting prospective students
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of sales strategies that align with the school's business objectives, ensuring team execution and tracking results to meet enrolment targets.
  • Supervise and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including exploring scholarship opportunities, to enhance brand visibility and attract new students
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective parents/students, while identifying strategic opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Monitor sales metrics, event performance, and market trends, delivering regular insights and reports to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in education, banking, or hotel.
  • Strong ability to develop and manage comprehensive sales work plans and annual forecasts.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and executing multi-channel sales strategies
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current consumers. Experience in identifying and capitalising on upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Proficient in tracking and analysing sales metrics, event performance, and market trends.
  • Ability to proactively generate actionable insights and provide detailed reports to refine and improve future sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and lead a sales team to consistently meet or exceed performance targets, while fostering a goal-oriented environment.
  • Full proficiency in English (Must) and Mandarin (Preferable)
  • Working location is in BSD, Tangerang.
