JYX Packaging is a global provider of luxury and sustainable packaging solutions, partnering with premium brands across cosmetics, fashion, wine & spirits, and electronics. As we expand our business in Indonesia, we are looking for a high-performing B2B Sales Executive to drive growth and deliver value to our global clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, target, and secure B2B clients in premium packaging sectors (cosmetics, consumer goods, electronics, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and business partners
• Deliver tailored packaging solutions aligned with client needs, working closely with R&D, design, and production teams
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: pitching, negotiation, quotation, closing, and after-sales service
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline analysis using CRM tools
• Represent JYX at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or printing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in seeking new opportunities
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Willing to travel for client visits and exhibitions
