We seek a Production Manager with kitchen and cabinetry manufacturingexpertise to lead and oversee our production operations. The idealcandidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience incabinetry production, and the ability to manage teams, processes, andresources efficiently. This role is critical to ensuring the timelydelivery of high-quality kitchen cabinetry products while optimizingproduction efficiency.
What You Will Do1. Production Planning and Management
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery timelinesand customer demands.
- Oversee the entire production process, from raw material procurementto finished product delivery.
2. Team Leadership and Development
- Manage, train, and mentor production staff, including operators, CNCmachineries, and quality control personnel.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skill setsand production priorities.
3. Quality Control
- Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure finishedproducts meet design specifications and standards.
4. Process Improvement
- Analyze production workflows and implement strategies to enhanceefficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
5. Inventory and Resource Management
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, tools, andsupplies.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability ofmaterials.
Required:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in kitchen or cabinetry productionmanagement.
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry manufacturing processes, materials, andmachinery.
- Proven ability to set up and manage production units efficiently.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, andproduction specifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or arelated field.
- Experience with production management software and tools.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
