Job Description
- Analyze chatbot transcripts to identify issues and propose improvements.
- Coordinate and monitor sentiment surveys across countries.
- Evaluate chatbot features against global competitors and identify improvement areas.
- Classify historical chat data to build a structured Q&A repository.
- Label datasets with relevant tags (intent, sentiment, etc.) for machine learning use.
- Assist in compiling requirements, coordinating rollouts, and collecting post-launch feedback.
