Job Description :
- Sourcing of suppliers in line with the requirements of the company
- Execution of the procurement process in compliance with the guidelines of the company
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities and maintain accurate records
- At least 1 year of work experience as a Procurement Admin
- Good communication/negotiation skills
- Organized, structured, and process-oriented
- Familiar with the usage of Microsoft Office and SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) systems
