Live Event Operating System
designed to empower event promoters, venues, and communities. Built by event veterans and startup engineers, Tiketsistem goes beyond ticketing: it offers end-to-end tools for event setup, digital promotions, real-time check-in, audience analytics, financial reports, and integrations with platforms like WhatsApp, Artatix, and TipTip.

We are currently launching our MVP and onboarding pilot users across Indonesia. We're looking for a driven and structured
Product Manage
r to own the roadmap and scale the product.

What You'll Be Doing

As Product Manager, You Will

  • Define and own the product roadmap, release priorities, and success metrics across modules.
  • Conduct customer discovery and competitive analysis—especially in the event-tech, ticketing, and e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Write and maintain PRDs with clear business context, feature logic, and user stories.
  • Collaborate daily with UI/UX, frontend, and backend teams to drive efficient execution.
  • Lead sprint planning and feature validation with cross-functional teams.
  • Work with the CEO Office and business team to prepare onboarding, demos, and GTM materials.
  • Analyze product performance data, user feedback, and pain points to drive continuous iteration.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in a product role at a ticketing platform, tech startup, e-commerce platform, or media/web-based product.
  • Understand both consumer experience and operational workflows, especially in high-transaction or high-traffic environments.
  • Are fluent in writing structured product specs and leading agile/scrum execution with remote dev teams.
  • Have a strong grasp of lean MVP philosophy, user journey optimization, and modular system thinking.
  • Bonus: You've worked in or built for the event, entertainment, or creative ecosystem—and love seeing how tech can unlock that world.
