Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree (S2) is an advantage.
- Minimum 5–7 years of work experience in commercial, sales, business development, or project management, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, market analysis, and the sales cycle.
- Experience in budget management, contract negotiation, and business development.
- Proficient in business and analytical software such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficient in both spoken and written Indonesian and English.
