Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree (S2) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of work experience in commercial, sales, business development, or project management, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, market analysis, and the sales cycle.
  • Experience in budget management, contract negotiation, and business development.
  • Proficient in business and analytical software such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Indonesian and English.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze market data and financial reports to make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, especially in dealing with clients and business partners.
  • Results- and target-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
  • A wide network in the relevant industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
  • High integrity and the ability to make decisions both independently and collaboratively.
