Our client, a well-established company in the food processing industry, is seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Head to lead its plant operations and drive excellence across all aspects of manufacturing performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Lead and manage plant operations teams to achieve production targets and continuous improvement goals.
- Implement and monitor Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), 5S, and Food Safety procedures.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, operational strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between production, commercial, and organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and performance excellence within the manufacturing organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in food processing manufacturing with a proven track record in plant or manufacturing leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Strong expertise in Manufacturing Operations Management, Plant Operations, GMP, Food Safety, Continuous Improvement, and Quality Management.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex operations, budgets, and cross-departmental coordination.
