I'm currently assisting one of my clients, a leading AI-driven technology company, in hiring an Insurance Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact tele-sales and customer service projects for their insurance clients in Indonesia.

The ideal candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle — from planning and implementation to performance optimization — while serving as the key liaison between Indonesian insurance clients and internal AI & technical teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end insurance tele-sales or customer service projects, ensuring on-time delivery and strong post-launch performance.
  • Analyze client requirements, design flowcharts and BRDs, create project timelines, and implement AI chatbot configurations and operational strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs and chatbot performance, identify improvement areas, and continuously optimize project efficiency.
  • Act as the main contact for Indonesian insurance clients, managing expectations, defining success criteria, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless coordination, timely delivery, and quality control across multicultural teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) – mandatory.
  • Experience in insurance telemarketing or customer service operations, with a good grasp of workflows, metrics, and related tools.
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in AI, call centers, CRM systems, or insurtech projects.
  • Strong logical thinking, data analysis, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills to work effectively with global teams.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
