Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client relations — preferably in façade construction, aluminum and glass systems, or the building envelope industry.
- Strong understanding of façade systems, materials, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client and stakeholder relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, or Adobe Suite is an advantage.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share in the façade construction sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to façade projects (commercial, residential, and institutional buildings).
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, façade consultants, developers, and main contractors.
- Prepare, review, and present company profiles, capability statements, and technical proposals for tender submissions.
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and project teams to ensure technical and commercial accuracy in bids and proposals.
- Monitor and support ongoing façade projects to ensure client satisfaction, maintain communication with project teams, and identify potential opportunities for additional works or future collaboration.
- Manage and update marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, websites, and social media content.
- Support the organization and participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in reporting, budgeting, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
