Job Description :
- Execute Section Target Achievement in line with the Policy Management (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, & Moral) deployment.
- Conduct the annual Manpower Planning (MPP) process.
- Manage the Recruitment, Selection, and Placement process.
- Perform the administrative process for new employee data completion / file documentation.
- Implement workplace improvement (Kaizen) activities to support overall company targets.
- Execute and ensure the implementation of company activities and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- At least 1 year of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Eager to learn with good communication skills.
- Able to work both in a team and independently.
- Placement in Karawang area.
