Job Description :

  • Execute Section Target Achievement in line with the Policy Management (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, & Moral) deployment.
  • Conduct the annual Manpower Planning (MPP) process.
  • Manage the Recruitment, Selection, and Placement process.
  • Perform the administrative process for new employee data completion / file documentation.
  • Implement workplace improvement (Kaizen) activities to support overall company targets.
  • Execute and ensure the implementation of company activities and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • At least 1 year of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • Eager to learn with good communication skills.
  • Able to work both in a team and independently.
  • Placement in Karawang area.
