Responsibilities- Assess and identify business initiatives as well as prepare mitigation plans to manage reputational risks
- Prepare clear and effective communication materials and meeting notes to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on the latest status and updates
- Maintain risk register, track initiative status, and liaise with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business direction
- Project management to ensure all relevant business stakeholders execute their deliverables on time in accordance with the project timeline
- Monitor the implementation of risk controls and regularly evaluate their effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement where necessary
- Contribute creative ideas supported by research and an understanding of target market conditions
- Focus areas include, but are not limited to, business, operations, content, product, partnership, and people risk
- Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.2
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in risk management and/or corporate strategy
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to think creatively
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
- Able to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- High proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
