Requirements:
- Candidate at least have a Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Psychology, Management of Human Resource, Law or any relevant majorAt least 2 years of working experience in HR or similar fields at Manufacturing Company
- Computer literary (Ms office, MS Outlook) and familiar with ERP/SAP programHave knowledge & experience of using recruitment platform, BPJS healthy (e-Dabu), and BPJS employment (SIPP)
- Proficient in using and processing employee data by HRIS or Manual
- Having good communication skill, prioritize, multi-task, and manage job in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter and creative with initiative of improvement
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Would be place in PT Hon Chuan Indonesia, Cikarang Delta Silicon V/ KIIC Karawang
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Industrial Relations Management: Disseminate rules and regulations, and ensure company policies are in line with applicable laws
- Recruitment: manage the full recruitment process from sourcing, screening resumes, conducting and coordinating interviews and offer management, facilitate on-boarding process for new hires
- Employment management & Compensation: Performing personnel-related administration such as absence, leave, overtime, and BPJS
