Role:

  • Analyze and optimize partner and workshop performance to ensure operational excellence.
  • Evaluate business challenges and provide strategic solutions to enhance partner productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor Suzuki service network, related to business development, human resources, and operational effectiveness.
  • Drive dealer service growth through continuous improvement initiatives, standardization, and system development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Industrial/ Mechanical/ Automotive Engineering/ Communication from reputable universities with GPA min. 3.00
  • Min. 4 years experiences in Service Area, Aftersales preferably from automotive industries
  • Willing to do business travels
