Role:
- Analyze and optimize partner and workshop performance to ensure operational excellence.
- Evaluate business challenges and provide strategic solutions to enhance partner productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor Suzuki service network, related to business development, human resources, and operational effectiveness.
- Drive dealer service growth through continuous improvement initiatives, standardization, and system development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Industrial/ Mechanical/ Automotive Engineering/ Communication from reputable universities with GPA min. 3.00
- Min. 4 years experiences in Service Area, Aftersales preferably from automotive industries
- Willing to do business travels
