Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update salary structure, job grading, and pay scales.
- Conduct regular market salary benchmarking and propose adjustments.
- Administer payroll preparation and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax and BPJS regulations.
- Manage employee benefits programs (health insurance, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, allowances, leave policies).
- Review and recommend improvements to benefits to support employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure all compensation and benefit practices comply with Indonesian labor laws, tax requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare reports for audits and government requirements.
- Provide regular C&B analytics (cost analysis, budget forecasting, headcount cost reports).
- Support HR budgeting and workforce planning with accurate data.
- Partner with HR Managers to provide guidance on salary offers, promotions, and internal equity.
- Educate managers and employees on compensation and benefits policies.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefit or Payroll in a mid-to-large company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, income tax (PPh 21), and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS/Payroll software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity.
