Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and create monthly content calendars based on campaign needs and branch requirements.
  • Produce and manage engaging content (photos, videos, captions) for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Conduct trend research across social media, including viral music, video angles, hooks, and retail trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, event, and store teams to collect content materials.
  • Monitor content performance and prepare weekly and monthly analytical reports.
  • Develop strategies to grow followers, increase engagement rates, and drive traffic to offline stores and e-commerce.
  • Execute on-site content shooting in stores (product highlights, promotions, event coverage).
  • Identify KOLs/micro-influencers for campaign collaboration.
  • Maintain consistent visual branding across all platforms.
  • Manage basic social media advertising (optional, based on company needs).
  • Support major campaign activations such as Fun Run, Beauty Festival, Anniversary events, and other store activities.


Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1).
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Social Media Officer or Content Creator.
  • Strong proficiency in TikTok & Instagram (mandatory).
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut or Adobe Premiere Mobile).
  • Strong understanding of copywriting and storytelling for retail content.
  • Creative, communicative, and always updated with the latest social media trends.
  • Willing to work fully on-site (WFO) in Solo.
  • Able to work under deadlines and collaborate effectively in a team.
