Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and execute engaging content across Instagram and TikTok
  • Support in developing social media strategy aligned with Glowies’ brand values and marketing goals
  • Manage a content calendar, including campaigns, product launches, and community initiatives
  • Ensure content quality and consistency in visual and written formats
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness
  • Stay updated with digital culture, Gen Z trends, and beauty industry insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Creative, KOL/Influencer) to run integrated campaigns
Qualifications
  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Creative Media, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital content, or related roles (beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle industry preferred)
  • Skilled in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Creative storytelling with a data-driven mindset
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and feminine aesthetics
  • Good knowledge of TikTok trends, Gen Z culture, and influencer collaborations
  • Confident on camera and comfortable appearing in video content
