Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end automation implementation initiatives within the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will drive complex automation projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Strategy

  • Lead and manage large-scale automation implementation programs from conception to deployment

  • Develop comprehensive program roadmaps, timelines, and delivery frameworks

  • Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with business objectives

  • Manage program budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practice adoption

Technical Leadership

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of automation solutions including agentic automation, autonomous service provisioning, and intelligent operational processes

  • Collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture and integration strategies

  • Ensure compliance with telco industry standards and regulatory requirements

  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party integration projects

  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, RPA, and agentic automation solutions

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with senior leadership, business units, and external partners

  • Facilitate communication between technical and business teams

  • Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment with business outcomes

  • Conduct regular program reviews and status reporting

  • Build consensus and drive decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and business analysts

  • Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing

  • Foster collaborative working relationships across departments

  • Drive change management initiatives and cultural transformation

Experience & Background

  • 8+ years of program/project management experience

  • Telecommunications industry preferred

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale automation and digital transformation projects

  • Deep understanding of telco operations

  • Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and continuous delivery

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of automation tools and platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Platform

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments

  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority

  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Regional Expertise

  • Based in Indonesia

  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia

  • Knowledge of regional business practices and cultural nuances

  • Experience with international and multi-cultural teams
